Ok here is the thing. We all have bad hair days..we all have all kinds of issues in mantaining our hair.Sometimes we have hair fall problems, dry scalp,hair that is almost fried, oily hair and soo on..We try to find all kinds of solutions to treat out hair well but somehow it doesnt work all the time.Well people thats reality.There are days when our hair is perfect n they are when its not.Its just like life where its always good or bad.Instead of buying of 100 products jsut for our hair, maybe we should start taking care of our inner self.What i mean by this is that we should start eating healthy.Now there are many ways that we can have healthy hair:
1) Drink lots of water. Water not only hydrates your body, but helps keep your hair silky and shiny. Ideally, you should drink between eight and ten glasses of water a day.
2)have alot of protien.You can get protein from foods like fish, meat, milk, cheese and cereals. This is helps strengthen your hair.
3)we need iron and zinc.This means we have to eat alot of green veggie, meat, and seafood.
4)Increase your intake on vitamins.Yes vitamins are very important for us especially to healthy hair. Vitamin A, B and C are essential for your hair(carrots,bread,milk,fruits etc)
So by doing this, hopefully we will have less problems with our hair and it will turn out to be more healthy looking.As much as we care for our body, we also care for our hair too!!
